• Unlimited local and long distance phone charges.
• A full breakfast, complete with delicious freshly-baked muffins and breads, a variety of cereals, fresh fruit, and great coffees and teas.
• Complimentary refreshments throughout the day and evening: fruit, bottled water, teas, juices, and soft drinks.
• Full access to the parlor, TV/Game Room, workout room.
• WIFI high speed e-mail/internet access (you supply the computer).

All room rates are based on single or double occupancy and do not include sales tax. Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am unless other arrangements are made at the time of reservation.

A two-night minimum stay is usually required for weekends, although one night stays are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Ask for details.

Please remember that our B&B is small and cancellations or early departures have a negative impact on our operations.

• All reservations must be guaranteed with an acceptable credit card (MasterCard or Visa), personal check or money order.
• You must provide us with an approximate arrival time to ensure that someone will be available to greet you.
• Reservations are non-transferable (unless there are extenuating circumstances) and may not be sold to or through a third party.
• If you must cancel for any reason, you must do so within the cancellation period quoted at the time of reservation. Refunds for reservations cancelled within the specified period will be issued only if we are able to rebook the accommodations.
